Even though the Copenhagen Historic Grand Prix 2019, is still more than six months away, drivers registrations have already been flooding in for the historic motorsports weekend. The popular pre’ 65 saloons class is already completely full with a number drivers on the waiting list.
The class has been split into two this year in order to meet the tremendous interest from competitors, with a a TC-class (Touring Cars) and a GT-class (Grand Turismo). Despite this, the interest in participating in this category has exceeded the expectations of organisers who are looking forward to welcoming the two record-breaking classes to the paddock at Bellahøj Park.
Furthermore, the pre 71-class is also more than 75% full at this time and with entries having to go on the waiting list very soon, registration only having opened on January 14th. The 71-class consists of a wonderful mix of diminutive but quick NSU’s and Fiat 500s and sportscars from Porsche, BMW, Ford etc.
The Copenhagen Historic Grand Prix is on the weekend of the 3rd and 4th of August.
