Classic Race Simulators is the new title sponsor for the Historic Formula Ford Championship, which opens at Snetterton over the weekend of 4th/5th April. The Farnborough-based company manufactures bespoke race car simulators and has taken over from Carless Race Fuels as title sponsor for the Historic Sports Car Club’s Historic Formula Ford Championship, which will run over 16 races at eight events this season.
In addition to the title sponsorship, Classic Race Simulators will have a presence in the paddock at every round of the championship to offer drivers the opportunity to gain additional practice and have fun between sessions.
Classic Race Simulators’ Managing Director, Jim Hill said: “Classic race cars are our passion so to become involved in such a prestigious UK championship is a pleasure. We look forward to supporting the drivers with ‘state-of-the-art’ simulation equipment in the paddock to improve both safety and enjoyment on track."

Historic Formula Ford is for cars from the first five years of the Formula Ford story and is renowned for close and exciting racing from strong grids. It is for pre ’72 Formula Fords using Ford Kent engines and treaded Avon tyres.
Classic Race Simulators is based in Farnborough, just an hour from Central London. The company has combined a love of classic race cars with race simulation knowledge to produce beautiful simulators since 2013. From a cockpit to a full-size race car or kart, the team can build a bespoke tribute simulator from scratch or adapt a current design using experienced craftsmen. It will share knowledge to steer customers around the choices and then supply and fit all systems.
